Refund Policy

MicroCon 2025 Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st May 2025

Thank you for registering for Microcon 2025. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of the event. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Partial Refunds:

  • Requests made on or before 15th of October 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, minus 20% admin fees.

b. No Refunds:

  • No refunds will be issued for requests made after 15th of October 2025.

  • No refunds for no-shows or unused tickets.

2. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info.microcon2025@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for registration

  • Order confirmation number

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed 1 month after the event ends. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you will not be able to transfer the ticket to anyone else.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If Microcon 2025 is canceled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for refunds in cases of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, we will strive to offer ticket transfers, credits, or partial refunds as appropriate.
